Ever since I got my first desktop publishing software, Printmaster version 2, I have enjoyed making cards, labels and other stationery for friends and family. But I realized that I couldn't go into business selling my creations because the graphics I used were not my own.
Years have passed. I used to scan my own photos into the computer and I found programs that allow me to create my own works of art.
Finally, a couple years ago, I bought myself a 5 MP digital camera as a birthday present from the family. It's a SONY Cybershot DSC-H1. It takes nice photos and lots of them. Now I can place the photos directly onto the computer instead of having them developed first.
A few years ago, I gave sets of blank cards with my photos and fractals on the front as Christmas gifts. The people that saw them said I should share them with others.
I'm making progress in building a business. I am learning lots of new things in the process. Please check out my new store. Thanks for stopping by. Please check back again.
