Why do you use Paypal?      I've been a business member of Paypal since June, 2002. I use Paypal because I want a secure online payment method. Paypal allows customers to use their own charge cards for payment and does this on its own secure site without requiring me to know your financial details. This adds up to more privacy for you.      If you prefer, you can also create a Paypal account and link it to your bank account. However this is not required to make a purchase at Tangled WEB Originals. Can I order without using Paypal?      You may pay using a charge card without having a Paypal account.      I will update this FAQ once I figure out the best way for you to shop without involving Paypal at all. What is your return policy?      Great care is taken to prepare your order and ship it to you.      If you encounter any problems, exchanges or refunds are available within 30 days. Simply return your product with a brief letter explaining your problem and preference of an exchange or refund. I will replace the product or refund your money. Return postage to Tangled WEB Originals is the buyer's expense. How much do I pay for standard shipping and handling?      Shipping and handling is $3.00 for purchases under and including $19.99.      Shipping and handling is $5.00 for purchases between $20.00 and $49.99.      And shipping and handling is free for purchases over $50. I want my order now.      I send smaller orders first class via the post office. According to the post office web site, first class takes 3 day across the country. From personal experience, it may take a couple more days. Card set totals of $20 or more will be shipped Priority flat rate which takes 2-3 days.       If you need the shipment faster, please process your order as though it is going to be shipped standard rate. Where it asks for special instructions or comments, write in your interest in express shipping. I'll send you an invoice for the difference. Do you ship outside the USA?      Currently, I am only shipping inside the United States, but I will be taking orders from outside the country soon. Write to me if you are interested in ordering something to be shipped outside the US and I'll try to accommodate you. Do I have to pay sales tax?      If I am shipping to an address in the state of Arizona, I am required to collect sales tax.      Any address outside Arizona does not require sales tax at this time. What is your privacy policy?      Most of the information you supply is stored at Paypal and not shared with me. I receive your name, address, and e-mail address so I can ship you your order. I never receive your charge card or bank account numbers.      I will not share your name, address, and e-mail address with anyone unless required by the government (an IRS audit, for instance.) I will probably send you an occasional e-mail about new products. Just let me know that you are not interested in receiving alerts and I will delete your e-mail address from my distribution list.      In my opinion, Paypal has a great privacy policy.
