Currently, we have one beautiful, fully furnished luxury condo for rent. This first floor, 1100 square foot, easy access condo is located in the Rancho Vistoso golfing community, in the town of Oro Valley. It has easy access to all of Tucson via nearby route 10 and state route 77, North Oracle Road. Tucson International Airport is about 30 minutes away. The condo is a little more than an hour away from Sky Harbor International Airport and the many attractions in and around Phoenix. Exceptional hiking and birding is available in Catalina State Park, nearby Saguaro National Park, Coronado National Forest, and Tucson Mountain Park. The condo is just a short drive from the famous Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum , Biosphere 2, Old Tucson Studios, Tohono Chul Park and many other attractions. Please view our area map for links to these and other things to do on your visit. Southern Arizona has abundant wildlife. For birders, Arizona has more than 450 species due to its diversity of terrain, mild climate and proximity to Mexico. A single trip to Tucson, Arizona can add dozens of species to a birder's life list. Birding is a casual hobby of ours here and just off the condo patio we have seen Gambel's Quail, Greater Roadrunner and various Hawks and Hummingbirds. In the area, we've seen Black-crowned Night-heron, Great Horned Owls, Common Moorhen, Red-winged Blackbird, Killdeer, Harris's Hawk among other hawks, etc. If you like hummingbirds, this area is the best in the U.S. with at least thirteen species found in the southeastern corner of Arizona each year. It was voted "Best Course in Tucson" by Golf Digest in 1999 and the "Number three public course in Arizona." For variety, there are nineteen other championship golf courses within a few miles. And there are even more in nearby Phoenix and Scottsdale. The condo has 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin size beds. Each room may be set up as either two twin size beds or one king size bed. Please specify at reservation time which bed set-up you desire. A couch in the living room opens up into a queen size bed allowing total occupancy of up to six. There are 2 full baths. AC and beautiful ceiling fans throughout. Nice mountain views. Beautiful sunsets. Adjacent to a world class golf course. Quality abounds.
